Reviews say this is the best place in the city to come for title work and renewals, so I rushed after work to get there. They didnt mind it was almost closing and were pleasant and quick to help. But my case was a little different since I pay my car insurance through my car lot so they wouldnt take my insurance information. I called TXDMV over the phone gave them my info and was able to renew just sucks I have to await the sticker in the mail. But I would say to still visit Rivercity Title as long as you have a traditional car insurance company.

I thought for sure this was a joke. It couldn't be this easy. I walked in, was greeted by a group of amazingly kind women, and seated within 5 seconds. I handed over my DL, inspection report, and proof of insurance, and had my renewal sticker within 3 minutes. You truly are making a mistake by doing any car-related paperwork anywhere except for River City Auto Title. Oh, and they have a snack bar, an actually GOOD snack bar.

Why would anyone go to the DMV????? These ladies at River City are a gem!! I have been sorting out title applications with Yesea and she has been the most helpful individual I could ask to work with. Oh, I totally forgot, when was the last time you went to the DMV and they offered you snacks and coffee as part of their service?
Believe me, when you compare the time you have to waste at the DMV vs. the minimal convenient fee you pay here you'll find out that the math is very easy to figure out. My grade is AAAAA++++++

WOW! This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle and needed to turn the title over to my name. Last time I went to the place down the road, that place was dirty filled with people, and I was trying to figure out if I needed to write something down or what.... Not quite sure why would anyone go to DMV. At River City the lines are non existent, the ladies there are awesome and friendly, and they even have coffee and snacks at no charge.

This was the MOST PLEASANT vehicle registration experience in my life! They were incredibly nice to work with and despite a complex scenario of moving from out of state and buying a new car with titles from multiple different states, I was still in and out in around 15 minutes. Their services are worth every penny and more!

SO happy I found River City Auto Title. I needed to go register and title my car as a new resident of Texas and had to bring two toddlers with me. I was dreading a very long wait at a government office and trying to figure out how I was going to survive it with the littles. The Tx.gov site directed me to local title offices and I chose the closest one. I had all my paperwork ready, waited for two minutes and - no exaggeration - walked out of River City Auto Title within 5 minutes with my new plates and window sticker in hand. I couldn't believe it. If only they could handle my new drivers license as well. Lifesavers!

I can't believe that there hasn't been a review posted about this mystical place on Yelp! I was referred by Northside Ford while waiting for my oil change & inspection. I already had my paperwork for that purpose, but there was no time for me to stop by on my way home to take care of it. I went back the next day (May 1st), hoping the wait wouldn't be that horrible. Shock and awe, I walked in about 1:30pm, and walked out at 1:39! It took less than 1 cup of coffee they provided, and I went out with my plates and window sticker! I had plenty of time after that to go wait the 1 hour at the DMV for my driver's license! I'll be taking my wife's car in there very soon, no doubt about it.
